Hennessy & Walker has represented insurance companies and self-insureds on thousands of auto, property, deductible recovery, health lien, and workers compensation cases over the last twenty-five years.  We only handle subrogation files.  Originally founded in West Chester, Pennsylvania where we still have an office, Hennessy & Walker also currently is located in New York, New York; Toms River, New Jersey; and Charleston, South Carolina.  We handle cases both pre-suit and for suit in all fifty states through our network of handpicked subrogation co-counsel.
