There are
times when the early involvement of an attorney and engineer is required
to pinpoint causes of loss as well as to preserve evidence. Over the

All files are handled on a
one-third contingent fee basis. We purposefully do not perform defense work so as not to
interfere with our priority mission - subrogation work. Typically, we require a
one-time charge of $350 to $500 dollars per file, which covers all costs including
postage, filing fees, skip traces, and service fees. We conduct our own asset, location,
and database searches.

Initially, our
attorneys will attempt to resolve matters without filing suit or by proceeding with
inter-company arbitration. However, if necessary, we will file suit anywhere in the United
States. In the event the file is handled by associate attorneys in other locations, we
will act as co-counsel and closely monitor and supervise the progress of such files. Ultimately, our goal will always be to collect the
